Syndicating your article or Author's Licensing

This one still has a few bugs to be worked on and other details, so feel free to let me know your own thoughts.

I will license to other publications your articles for with all fees paid 100% to you (we take nothing from this) via PayPal (other payment options being looked into so let me know). Initially they will be paying $0.00, however as I want you to succeed I will pay you $5.00 US for any articles used. Your name will be the byline and the network will be listed as source.

I also plan to do a monthly print format and will pay on a sliding scale (based on average sales). This print format will be ad free (o.k. there may be advertising for music evolution, evolution coop, and or the local music scene network????) and the initial payment for articles used will be $5.00 US.

As more freelance writers join up the planned print format may be divided into regions or even cities pending on stable articles to use. If this expansion occurs it will be so as to allow more of the writers to earn a few more dollars from their work.

Along with this I plan to work out as much of the details as possible for you to turn your own writings into a print format for sale.

The network will do a print on demand issue based on the following number of music scenes

6 = general network magazine

6 within 1 region = regional network magazine

4 within 1 state or equivalent outside USA = State network magazine

Any city that shows a constant enough content = City network magazine

All articles rather reviews, interviews, etc will be paid $5.00 for inclusion.

Will be looking at annual books being printed from your work too and teaching you how to set-up those for yourself.

Well looks like I may be wrong on the no advertising. LOL I have been contacted with figures (nothing that will happen anytime quickly) that may allow me to pay upwards of $75 per article placed into the local music network writings. That is enough to convince me to allow them. However I still plan to keep advertising down to a minimum in these as they are more about you the writers then any form of payment.

So the way this will work is as I get offers those of you who are in charge of a local scene get a vote on yes or no for each advertiser. This is rather you are selected for any issue or not. The main reason for this is that all scenes will have equal chance to be included in any issue and you have the right to a voice on what advertising is included where your article may be written.
