Music Industry Needs an Evolution
Know Your Music Scene's Stats
I will be placing google analytics to each of the cities blogs and you as the operator will have access via your google account which is part and parcel to your blogger account.
In those cities where there is more then 1 writer it will be decided by the primary I.E. initial partner rather or not additional people have access to these stats. In the case where each city is subdivided then each subdivision will have a primary writer with access to and decision making on the stats account.
Communication will be vital for the bigger music scenes obviously. I plan to work with only 1 person in regards to the decisions for each music scene section. So where there are multiple writers for a scene it will be the primary persons job to keep me informed. Though if you do have additional writers they should have an E-Mail address to contact me with (You know just in case you take advantage of them).
